1. Where are Native Neem products made?
Native Neem products are proudly manufactured using traditional Indian methods or responsibly sourced from certified organic farms in India. All products are quality-checked to meet New Zealand and Australian safety standards.
2. What makes Native Neem Neem Oil different from commercial neem oil?
Our neem oil is cold-pressed and processed naturally — without heat, solvents, or chemicals. This method preserves the full spectrum of nutrients, including up to 3000 ppm (0.3%) of Azadirachtin, the key compound in neem oil. Many commercial neem oils use solvent extraction, which prevents them from being certified organic.
3. What are the active ingredients in Native Neem Neem Oil?
Our oil contains Azadirachtin A and B, along with over 100 natural limonoids that support pest control. These compounds work together to provide long-lasting, sustainable plant protection.
4. Is your neem oil toxic to humans or animals?
No. Native Neem organic neem oil is non-toxic to humans, birds, earthworms, and animals when used as directed.
5. Is your neem oil safe for honey bees and other beneficial insects?
Yes! Native Neem organic neem oil is safe for honey bees and other beneficial insects. In fact, it can even help with bee health by addressing conditions like Nosemosis and mite infestations.
6. Does neem oil kill insects instantly?
Not instantly. Native Neem neem oil does not have a knockdown effect like chemical sprays. Insects stop feeding almost immediately after application, but visible effects may take 2–5 days. This slow action ensures long-term, sustainable control.
7. Can I use neem oil with other insecticides or fungicides?
Yes! Native Neem neem oil can be used in rotation with, or even tank-mixed with, many insecticides and biologicals. Always test for compatibility first and follow label directions.
8. Can Native Neem neem oil be used in organic farming or IPM programs?
Absolutely. Our neem oil is ideal for Integrated Pest Management (IPM). It helps reduce reliance on synthetic sprays and supports resistance management.
9. What pests does your neem oil control?
Our neem oil is a broad-spectrum insecticide. It effectively controls pests like aphids, whiteflies, caterpillars, thrips, beetles, mites, leafminers, fleas, lice, and more.
10. How often should I spray Native Neem neem oil?
We recommend spraying every 7–10 days, depending on the pest level. Early and regular application gives the best results.
11. Is there a withholding period before harvest?
No, Native Neem organic neem oil has no pre-harvest interval (PHI). It can be safely used up until harvest when used as directed.
12. What makes Native Neem neem cake/granules different?
Our neem cake is made from pure neem kernels using a traditional, chemical-free process. It’s free of shells, stones, and fillers — just pure, potent neem.
13. How effective is your neem cake compared to commercial ones?
Field trials show that just 250 kg per hectare of Native Neem neem cake is as effective as 1000 kg of many commercial neem cakes. That’s powerful stuff!
14. Are your products organic and chemical-free?
Yes. Our products are made using organic or natural ingredients. We do not use harsh chemicals, petrochemicals, or synthetic additives in any of our neem-based formulations.
15. How do I store neem oil or neem cake?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep neem oil tightly sealed to preserve freshness.
16. Do you offer subscriptions for neem products?
Yes, we do! When placing your order, you can choose a subscription option to save 5% on recurring deliveries. You can cancel anytime after two billing cycles via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
17. I was charged again for an order I didn’t place. Why?
If you’ve received an order confirmation for a repeat order, it’s likely that you opted into a subscription during checkout. You can log in to manage or cancel your subscription, or email us at Admin@nativeneem.com and we’ll assist you.
18. How do I become a retailer or stockist of Native Neem products?
We’d love to partner with you! You can place wholesale orders via Upstock, or email us directly at Admin@nativeneem.com to discuss bulk pricing and distribution opportunities.
19. I placed an order but haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?
You should have received a tracking email once your order was dispatched. If you didn’t, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
20. My parcel hasn’t arrived. Who do I contact?
We’re sorry to hear that. You can track your parcel using the tracking number we emailed you. If there’s no update or it seems stuck, reach out to the courier company directly or contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
21. How do I redeem my reward points?
