Thank you for shopping with Native Neem. We truly value your support and hope you love our natural, organic products. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning a product.

Returns on Products Purchased from Our Web Store

Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic or personal care products unless they are faulty, damaged, or sent in error. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, or you believe it may be faulty:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable.

  • We’ll review your request and send return instructions if a return is approved.

Returned goods must be in saleable condition and returned within 3 days of receipt, unless they are faulty.


Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong product:

  • We are not obliged to offer a refund.

  • However, at our discretion, we may offer you an exchange or store credit.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied (based on the invoice total, excluding shipping).


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit: Please keep all packaging, and send us photos. We may need to liaise with the courier for inspection.

  • Incorrectly supplied: We’ll arrange the return and send the correct item once the incorrect item is returned to us in its original condition.

  • Faulty due to manufacturing: We’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You may be offered a repair, replacement, or refund based on availability.


How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method.

  • If you paid by credit card, your refund will be returned to that card.

  • If you purchased via a company account, a store credit will be issued.

  • Any transaction fees (e.g., from PayPal or your credit card provider) will be deducted as per their terms.

  • Bank transfers do not incur extra fees for refunds.
